Happy Easter! I'm so thankful we still live in a country where we can reflect on Jesus' burial and resurrection. He's still very much alive and will be back for us one day.

On a complete opposite note, has Old Navy stepped up their game over the last few years or what? I remember not liking going into Old Navy when I was younger and never wanting to buy their clothes. Now, a good chunk of my wardrobe is from there. Jaime saw this dress and surprised me with it on my birthday a couple weeks ago! He is so thoughtful and sweet. I've been waiting for a warm and special day to wear it. Enjoy your loved ones today and thank God for them. I've spent several Easter's without Jaime, so glad we don't have to spend holidays apart anymore.

We woke up to a very chilly house! We haven't had the heat or air on for almost 3 weeks due to the mild weather but I'm seriously contemplating turing the heat on! Brr! Because it's chilly and I'm refusing to go back to stocking and boots-a maxi dress and jean jacket are perfect for today! I also mixed two of my lipsticks and got this color, who knew!? This is a good winter to spring transition outfit. A thin long sleeve and scarf is perfect to keep you from getting chilled. I love wearing scarves but I can't wait to just accessorize with necklaces! Who's ready for sun dresses and wedges?

It started snowing Tuesday; I wanted to do a little photo shoot since my photographer husband got to come home early. The snow turned to freezing rain once I was put together and had my outfits lined up. haha! So if you see little lines in the pictures-that's freezing rain coming down. Starting a new Sunday Style series! 

I sometimes always I feel like I have nothing to wear. Ever have that problem? ha! Lets get real, if you're a woman, you never feel like you have clothes. I especially run into this problem on Sunday mornings.
I usually spend Saturday night searching Pinterest for a outfit that I can put together with items in my closet. And you know what? It never lets me down! I type: purple cardigan, with in seconds, hundreds of images will pop with with purple cardigans/purple items in them. It's my favorite past time: outfit planning. Here is a simple yet stylish way to wear my cardigan. Oh the joys of putting an outfit together that you never have before!
